    • Lost or delayed packages should be reported to USPS if involved.

    • For damages, inspect the package and report immediately to USPS for claim filing.

7. Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return or request a refund:

  2. RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  3. Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition with the RMA on the package.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
